Bending River Cove

We just spent our mini-moon here and it could not have been more perfect! The owners were so sweet! They hung up a congratulations banner and left us a cute note on the fridge! The cabin was so cute and very clean! It was Asian beetle season but it wasn’t too bad. The train is literally right there but honestly we loved it! . It was also peak fall colors so it was absolutely stunning. We definitely will be back!!

Adorable “tiny home” away from home!! So clean!! Comfortable beds AND pillows AND soft towels. Everything you need is there waiting for you to enjoy your stay. Great location between Lake City and Wabasha. Plenty of places to be “a tourist” or enjoy sitting on the deck watching the boats float by or have a bonfire. Yes, you hear the trains but they didn’t bother us after the first couple of hours. The trains go by here and there but you can enjoy the beautiful river all the time! Great hosts who are readily available to help you out! I still smile thinking of our stay!!

Cool. Unique. We stayed in Summer Breeze. Amazing views on the bluff. Charming interior and great firepit. Warm welcome upon arrival and all of our questions were answered. Loved it. Can't wait to return. Trains and cars can be heard but it wasn't bad.

Amazing place. This was my second time staying here and I would highly recommend it. For the price it’s way better than a hotel and you feel comfy and at home. The owners are super nice and very helpful. There are lots of fun things to do in the area or you can just relax by the lake.

We just spent a second weekend at Bending River. We arrived via boat and stayed two night. Amazing experience and we are already talking about what Tiny Home we want to stay in next time. Great hosts! Highly recommend! My wife and I are always looking for new and out of the way places to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This year we drove our boat from the Prescott area to Bending River Cove on Lake Pepin. This place fit the bill perfectly. The neighboring marina had a slip for my 27’ Sea Ray with electricity. The owners of the resort met us at the docks and gave us and our gear a lift up to the tiny home. It was perfect! Clean and cozy. We had a fire in our private sitting area and on night two the owners dropped us off and picked us up again at Reads Landing so we can have our anniversary dinner. We took the boat south to Winona through the locks. Perfect day. Can’t say enough about how cool this place is! Highly recommend it.

Finding this little gem was a highlight of our trip. The owners were very friendly, helpful, and informative about the accommodations and the area. We stay in the tiny house, Bohemian Rhapsody. The layout and use of space of very nice and work well for us, along with our small dog. The location along the river was very nice and afforded a nice view of the river. The resort isn't far from Wabasha to get supplies, dinner, or beverages. We visited the Reads Landing Brewery. A nice brewery, with outdoor seating and a great place to eagle watch. We will definitely return for a stay.

Absolutely the BEST! I was looking for a place to get away since my husband had a "guys week" planned. Found this incredible GEM! I work remotely, and this was the perfect spot to connect online and work really remotely. Stephanie and Tom are incredible hosts. Absolutely pristine, clean, not one complaint! I am already looking at dates to stay again very soon!

The cabin offered everything needed was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The location was amazing I sat watching wildlife for awhile. The only negative is the trains that run through the night and sound their horns but saying that there is earplugs provided and it didnt bother us too much. So if your in the area and need a place to stay stay here I would not hesitate to stay again.
